At Hair Loss Solutions, we understand that every case of hair loss is unique. That’s why our consultations are designed to provide a personalized approach to your specific needs and goals. Whether you choose to meet with us in person at our clinic or virtually from the comfort of your home, our specialists will assess your scalp and hair condition, review your health history, and help determine the best treatment plan for you.

What To Expect During Your Consultation

Fee & Duration

  • Consultation fee: $100 + tax

  • Duration: up to 1 hour 30 minutes                    

Who Will Assist You

Depending on your needs (as determined from your consultation form), your appointment will be conducted by Renelle or Kim - both experienced Education and Treatment Specialists.

What To Bring

  • A list of current medications and supplements

  • Any relevant medical records or test results (if applicable)

Typical Flow

Our consultation are thorough and non-biased. Our goal is to educate you about hair loss, answer all questions, and create a treatment plan tailored to your needs and lifestyle. Typical flow:

  1. Review consultation form - we'll confirm your history and images.

  2. Introduction to hair loss - explanation of causes and the three crucial needs for hair health.

  3. Discuss solutions - we'll review both non-surgical and surgical options, including benefits and limitations.

  4. Create a customized plan - a step-by-step recommendation that fits your goals, timeline, and lifestyle.

As part of our consultation process, we kindly ask that you upload clear photos of your hair and scalp. These images help our specialists better understand your current situation and provide the most accurate recommendations during your consultation.

After Submitting Your Form

Once you have submitted the form, our team will reach out to you via email, text, or phone call to schedule your consultation. If you don’t hear from us within a few days, please be sure to check your email inbox and spam/junk folders to ensure you don’t miss our message.
