Pav Uppal’s connection to Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) is deeply personal. Having experienced traction alopecia from a young age, Pav understands firsthand the emotional and personal impact that hair loss can have.
In 2014, while living in Birmingham, UK, Pav discovered SMP—an innovative hair loss solution that would ultimately change his life. After six months of extensive research and careful consideration, he decided to undergo SMP himself. The transformation not only changed the way he felt about his appearance, but also restored a sense of confidence that inspired him to help others experiencing hair loss.
Pav went on to develop over six years of specialized SMP expertise, refining his skills in the United Kingdom under some of the industry's most respected SMP professionals. His experience and passion eventually led to the creation of Better Scalps, a brand developed exclusively for the Canadian market with a focus on personalized, natural-looking results.
Today, Pav brings his international training, personal understanding of hair loss, and extensive hands-on experience to Moncton/Dieppe, New Brunswick.
